Technical Support
YOUR TASKS
- Accepting, analysing and processing technical support requests
- Identifying the causes of errors
- Finding competent solutions directly with the customer
- Documenting and tracking support processes
- Working closely with other departments to resolve complex issues
- Providing technical feedback for the continuous improvement of our products and processes
- Basic willingness to travel if required, e.g. for customer training on site
YOUR SKILLS
- Completed technical training or relevant experience in the technical field
- Very good technical communication skills for working in a team and with customers
- Ability to work with relevant software tools (ticket systems)
- Basic programming skills are an advantage (remote maintenance via IT tools)
- Reliability and precise way of working, especially when documenting support processes
- Willingness to work in an international environment
- Very good knowledge of German and English

You will also receive a performance-related salary, depending on your professional experience and qualifications. The minimum salary based on full-time employment is € 33,166 gross per year. Willingness to significantly overpay.
